Shanghai In-Need Textile Co.,Ltd. as originally from the South Korean company Shun Ghyun Shanghai Branch Office, is founded in Oct 2001. With the combination of Raw Materials R&D, Weaving Manufacturing, Production Chain Management and Quality Control, In-Need is providing professional One-Stop Fabric Solution to all customers. In-Need is characteristic in its One Mill, Two Lines and Three Systems.

One Mill: with the purpose of securing the raw material's origin and technology know-how, In-Need owns a weaving mill locates in No. 9, Huang Yun Cun Industrial Zone, Wujin District of Changzhou city in Jiangsu Province. It focuses on product development, processing technical R&D and special raw material or Customized Piecegoods manufacturing.

Two Lines: the majority of company's products are categorized in two lines, one is the core category which focuses on the raw material R&D, and the other is the fashion category featuring in varied fabric finishing and treatment in accordance with the dynamic trends.

Now the R&D yarn category is covering: Cupro Blends, Proviscose, Rayon/Modal, Tencel/Poly Blends and Cool Touch Series. And company has good strength in Digital Print/Digi-Like Printing, Bonding/Laminating, Pleating, Laser cut/Perforation and Embroidering.

Three Systems:

1) FTD product category filing management system: it covers all the products technical nature, manufacturing standard, critical quality check points. The filing system is fully accessible and keeps running up-to-date, it helps our staffs building technical knowledge and experience on risk control.

2)In-Door Testing Lab management system: as equipped with a standard in-door test lab, it can proceed with all physical testing and some certain chemical testing under JIS or AATCC testing standards. The In-Door lab testing will be applied on all products to ensure the consistency on the quality control.

3)  Quality Inspection system: besides the QA and QC management, In-Need also has professional inspectors and technique staffs. Company equipped with 6 fabric inspection machines as well as other fabric defects repairing facilities.
