Combining the strength of fabric development and sourcing from sister company Shanghai In-Need Textile Co.,Ltd. and its fully owned garment factory, company is strive for integrating the supply chain to make quick response to the Fast Fashion market.  

In May 2009, Shanghai La-Mode and Shanghai In-Need mutual financed of the acquisition of Shanghai Xing Zhi Ming Da Garment Co.,Ltd. and later changed the company's name to be Shanghai Shi Yuan Garment Co,Ltd.  

La-Mode's current market share is: 50% Japan, 25% Europe, 25% Others. Main customers are ITOKIN, OFUON, WORLD, ELLE, A.VV, HUSHUSH, CLUP, ANYSIS, FEROUX, NBB. of Japan; MORGAN, SCOTTAGE, BREAL, BONOBO of Europe and LME,ESPADA, EP, ESP, F.FASHION JASPAL in Thailand.
